This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Beartooth Tours, LLC (“Operator”) and Clay Wichman (“Client”) for private shuttle services to be provided on September 6, 2025.

Service Hours:

• First Shift: 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM

• Second Shift: 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Total Cost: $690

Damage and Cleaning Liability

The Client accepts full financial responsibility for any damage to the vehicle caused by the Client, wedding guests, or event participants during the agreed service period. This includes physical damage or excessive soiling that requires professional cleaning or repairs.

Passenger Conduct and Safety

The Client is responsible for ensuring that all passengers behave in a safe and respectful manner. Beartooth Tours reserves the right to refuse transport to individuals who are disorderly, excessively intoxicated, or pose a safety risk.

All passengers are required by law to wear seatbelts at all times while the vehicle is in motion. The Operator is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to comply with seatbelt requirements.

Vehicle Capacity

The Ford Transit van has a maximum capacity of 14 passengers. Under no circumstances will the Operator transport more than 14 individuals at one time.
